Southland Marketing, Inc. was formed in 1990 with the merging of two of the oldest representative agencies in the southeast United States, Austin L. Brown Company, founded in 1946 and The Southern Sales Agency, founded in 1957. Southland Marketing, Inc. represents quality manufacturers of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration tools, components and equipment. Southland Marketing, Inc. is an Associate Member of HARDI and supports numerous regional and local industry trade associations. SMI is a manufacturers’ representative agency based in Atlanta servicing the HVAC/R wholesale distribution and OEM industries. Our customers include ARW, NHAW, Appliance Parts Wholesalers, and OEM’s in the Southeast United States.
